"Royal Power" illustrates one of the most formidable beings from the myths and legends of an enigmatic ancient world. Revered for their immense power, they are said to have played a pivotal role in a cataclysmic event that shaped the fate of many species. Whether they were the cause or sought to prevent the disaster remains a mystery, but their presence undeniably impacted the survival of the less fortunate organisms that did not endure. Inspired by my experiences seeing Maya Pyramids in Tikal, Guatemala and the creatures sculpted on their most important structures.
